Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all of the United Kingdom.

Shipping is free to most parts of the UK, but there may be an added fee for shipping to remote areas.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

We will endeavour to create your personalised items within 3-5 days of receiving your order and have them shipped to you using a national courier's express service. So expect between 3-7 days. If there's any problem and we can't get it to you within 7 days we'll try to contact you, so please give us as many contact details at checkout as you can.

If you need it to be with you for a certain day, then please make us aware of your requirements before placing your order.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our studio workshop. If your item doesn’t arrive within 7 days, let us know and we’ll locate it for you and inform you of any delivery issues reported by the courier.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Standard off-the-shelf items: For standard off-the-shelf products you will have 14 days after receipt of your package to return the items for a full refund, there are however very few of these items on our website as we are all about indivdually crafted and most of our products are made-to-order.


Made-to-order & Personalised Items: Unfortunately products that are made-to-order or personalised based on your requirements cannot be returned, unless they have arrived damaged.  Please inform us within 12 hours of receipt of a personalised item that has arrived damaged and we'll work with you, to either get another item sent or your money refunded. After 12 hours of the package being received, we may decline a return or refund.



How much is the return shipping fee? 

If you wish to return anything to us, firstly it must be agreed with us that we will accept the return.  You can do this by telephoning us on 0161 655 4298 or by email: returns@inspired-uk.com.


Inspired UK does not organise returns and will not cover return shipping costs. Return shipping must be organised and paid for by the customer.  Once the return has been been received we'll check for the resalable condition and refund any money as per the full terms and conditions.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

No. We can only accept returns requests from the original purchaser with a purchase order number. Any refunds will only be refunded to the account that was used at the time of payment.
