Delivery & Returns

  • What is your returns policy?

    For returns; our policy is split into two and is dependant on the type of product:


    Personalised Products

    If a personalised item arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days of receiving the order, please contact us, and we'll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.


    If the item is not faulty and 'as stated' on the website, under the terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that covers the selling of customised products, we do not have to accept the return as there is no resell value (Section 28b).


    In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with an item you've received, please use contact us immediately to discuss your complaint as your happiness is our priority.


    Non-Personalised Products

    Your right to cancel an order for non-personalised goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.


    If an item develops a fault, you have 30 days from receiving the goods to notify us. We will then offer you a refund or replacement.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    This depends entirely on your product.


    For personalised products 

    We aim to have it manufactured and shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order, but like to say 3-7 to be on the safe side and this depends heavily on many factors; such as whether you approve your digital proof in a timely manner. We will always communicate with you if manufacturing your order is delayed beyond 3 working days.

  • What are your charges for delivery?

    FREE- For orders of £25 or Over

    If you live in a remote postcode and your order contains any item over 42cm then there may be an additional cost based on your post code and package size. 


    £4.75 - For all orders under £25

    On all orders under £25 as long as the delivery postcode is in the UK there are no extra geographical surcharges. 





Order Issues

  • There are mistakes on the details that I provided can change them after placing the order?

    Yes. 

    Let us know as soon as possible before we go to manufacturing.


    You will receive a digital proof of the layout of your details in the format of the sign you have chosen. You can ask for amends at any time up to this point. After you have given approval we may still catch it before we begin manufacturing...but be quick and let us know. 0161 655 4298

  • Why haven't I received my order yet?

    Please consider the following first


    Manufacture & Dispatch

    We promise to produce your customised products and signs within 7 working days but aim for 3 working days to dispatch. If it is going to be over 3 days we will let you know of the delay in dispatch by email.  We will let you know by email when your parcel has been dispatched.


    Delivery

    We use Royal Mail and other national couriers, if your product is small it will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for service and this is a 2-3 day service. If your order is for large items over 45cm it will be dispatched on a next day courier service. Unfortunately, once it has left our studio the delivery element is out of our control. We do our best to track deliveries, but cannot track everything we send out, unless we have reason to believe that there is a problem.


    If you believe that your package should have arrived with you, then please contact us straight away so we can resolve the issue.

  • What if my sign arrives damaged?

    No Problem.


    Just let us know of the damage as soon as it arrives. 


    We may ask you to to provide pics of the damage so we can claim back losses from the courier.


    No quibble - We will remake one and resend it.

  • Can I order a bespoke sign to my exact requirements?

    Yes.


    The signs you see on our website are pre-designed for convenience of being able to purchase online with a few clicks.  


    We can work with you to tailor a sign to suit your exact needs, whether it be an exact size or colour or finish.


    Contact us with your requirements and if we can help you we will send you a price quote.

  • I like a sign in your shop, but can I have it in a colour that isn't shown?

    Yes.

    The signs you see on our website are pre-designed for convenience of being able to purchase online with a few clicks.   


    All of the products that we show in our shop will show limited colour options, because it is impossible to show every design in every colour variation. If you see a sign design that you like, but want the colour of another sign on our site then, absolutely we can mix and match. Just contact us with your idea

  • Are your signs weatherproof?

    This depends on your choice of sign material and chosen fixing method.


    Materials

    •Slate Signs - Weatherproof

    •Acrylic Signs - Weatherproof

    •ACM Signs (Colour Coated)  - Weatherproof 

    •ACM Brushed Metal -Interior only.


    Fixings

    • All adhesive tapes - Interior Only

    • Hidden Stand-Offs - Weatherproof

    • Visible Stand-Offs - Weatherproof

    • Screws & Caps - Weatherproof







Our Sign Services

  • What happens when I order a sign in your shop?

    If you order a sign from our online shop, it will be one of four types:


    A. Signs with no customisable details.

    B. A sign with customisable number only

    C. Predesigned sign with text customisable details 

    D. Predesigned sign with customisation by uploaded logo artwork.


    You will get to see a digital proof of the customisable signs before manufacture, for your approval. We will not go to the manufacture stage without you first agreeing that it is good to go.


    For non customisable signs and signs whereby it is only a number that it customised, then you will not see a digital proof and we will go to production as soon as possible after receiving your order.

  • Why can't I see a preview of my details on a sign before I purchase it?

    Your details are applied to the sign design by actual human designers, not by a computer.

    This way your sign will always look good, computers dont tend to know what is pleasing to the human eye.


    Unfortunately this means we can't show you what your details will look like on the sign until we have got one of our superstar design team to look at it for you.


    You will, however, receive a digital proof of the layout before we make the physical sign for you to approve. If you need to make a little change to how your design is applied, well, we can do that for you.
