Our Regent Sign is made from honed slate that has been machined on the surface leaving a completely smooth, matt face with natural colour variations and beautiful patternation. The honing process massively enhances the shade and pattern variations which naturally occur within the slate, sometimes leaving very plain tiles and on other occasions creating swirling clouded patterns within individual pieces. The slate has a calibrated underside giving a consistent 10mm thickness, and a straight cut edge for a sleek contemporary feel, the sign has drilled holes allowing it to be fixed with screws (provided) to a wall or wooden surface such as a gate or door.
Your details will be laser-etched into the surface of the sign giving an amazing natural looking & contrasting finish. We do not use cheap vinyl, or inks so our signs stand the test of time and need very little maintenance to stay looking super smart and sleek.
